That’s a Wrap!

Between June 9th to 11th, our artists at Tattoo People attended the 2023 NIX TATTOO SHOW hosted at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Working tirelessly at the convention, artists created the most spectacular pieces for our clients who went out of their way to attend.

TANJU - “Best Arm Sleeve”

At the convention, resident artist, Tanju, was awarded the “Best Arm Sleeve” by wowing the judges with his impeccable craftsmanship! We are proud to have Tanju in our studio as one of the few tattooists who specializes in traditional Japanese-style tattoos in Toronto.

With the “Best Arm Sleeve” portion of the competition having the highest number of participants from a wide range of artists working with various genres, Tanju’s storytelling of the Inari Fox using bold colours and linework truly captivated not only the judges but the audience as well.
